Our return policy is very simple:
If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on moonlit-japan.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days after you receive the parcel.
Please fill out RETURN PRINTS FORM below and press “SEND.”
As soon as the parcel arrives back, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
PLEASE NOTE:
The “RETURN ORDER FORM” needs to be sent within 30 days after you receive your order, and the picture(s) must be received back by us within 20 days after you send the RETURN ORDER FORM.
The refund will cover the original cost of the picture and the outgoing shipping fee, and we will NOT be able to reimburse the return shipping cost.
